We represent over five decades of experience with these and related issues. Originally offering consulting and advisory services to companies, we are adding new services which appear to be relevant to what is happening in the world today. We are currently conveniently located in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex, as we expand our outreach to new locations primarily in the United States.

In addition to consulting or advisory services related to this blog, as discussed above, we are pleased to announce that a new legal service is being added to our offerings as of June, 2019 related to Artificial Intelligence consulting and litigation.
In view of recent developments in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) theater, involving personal damage as a result of the use of products being labeled as artificial intelligence (AI), we are now offering services to attorneys who seek expert assistance when dealing with AI-related litigation. This may become a significant source of new litigation in the future, particularly as it may relate to Strict Liability under Section 402A of the Restatement (Second) of Torts. We now plan to offer Expert Counsel and Expert Witness services to the legal profession in such cases. Recent examples relate to the use of automated recognition and identification, and autonomous vehicle operation.
